Standard Home Inspection
Our standard inspection includes and indepth evauation of the homes critical systems and components. Reports include annoted photographs and comprehensive review of all inspected areas. Special rates available for brand new home construction.

Warranty Inspection
A condensed version of our standard inspection focusing primarily on the major components and systems such as electrical, heating & cooling, plumbing, roof, attic, and crawlspace. These areas are typically part of a one-year warranty.

Re-Inspection
Our Standard and Pre-listing inspection services each come with one(1) free follow up inspection to review repairs and corrections.

Phase Inspections
A comprehensive evaluation of the residential construction process. Most phase inspections can be accomplished in three visits. The first visit covers rough framing. The second covers plumbing, mechanical, and electrical. The third covers final completion. In some situations, this is also referred to as a Draw Inspection.

Partial Inspections - Attics and Crawlspaces
A low flat rate for attic or crawlspace inspections makes it easy to monitor those out of sight out of mind areas where unknown problems most often occur. Crawlspace inspections will include evaluation of grading conditions, as well as ventilation, insulation, below floor plumbing, framing, and ductwork. Attic inspections include roof, ventilation, insulation, truss installation, and overhead ducting.

We are centrally located in Treasure Valley, serving ADA and Canyon County, including Kuna, Emmett, and Middleton. We are also available in extended areas such as New Plymouth *, Idaho City *, and Mountain Home *.
