What to expect

A home inspection is the equivalent of a physical examination from your doctor. When problems or symptoms of problems are found, the inspector may recommend further evaluation or remedies.

With an Anthem home inspection you can expect a professional detailed examination and respectful approach to your home inspection.  Your inspector will perform an objective visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a home, from roof to foundation -- including major household components that may be at or near the end of their service life; components such as a water heater or an air conditioner.  While you are not required to be present during the home inspection Anthem takes the time to walk through the house with you providing a general overview of the findings and gives you the opportunity to ask questions about aspects of the house and any areas of concern.

A home inspection takes approximately 2 hours to conduct—depending on the condition of the home. Typically, final reports detailing your inspectors findings are available within 24 hrs.

Anthem also offeres re-inspection services for home owners that want to have any repair work re-examined.
